_{An OC I've been needing to draw for a while so I found some time to draw them out and here is PSi-KO. C:

Believe it or not but this guy is a gentleman and wouldn't hurt a fly. But he's sorta like a crime fighter you can say. He's called "PSi-KO" because of his outward appearance gets people to stray away from him. People are quick to judge a person by appearance instead of getting to know them better.}
